Im Gegensatz dazu handelt es sich bei Biosimilars um Nachahmerpräparate, die in Bezug auf ein Referenzarzneimittel (z. B. HUMIRA<sup>®</sup>) lediglich wirkstoffähnlich – und nicht identisch – sind.</p> <p>Eine Liste der austauschbaren Bioidenticals findet sich in Anlage 1 des Rahmenvertrags über die Arzneimittelversorgung.
