Dürfen wir diese abgeben, ohne ein neues Rezept anzufordern, oder gilt so etwas als unklare Verordnung?</p> <p>Sind diese Arzneimittel nur nicht lieferbar, können wir austauschen. Gilt dies auch im geschilderten Fall, wenn die Arzneimittel nicht (mehr) im Handel sind?</p> <p>Eine ähnliche Frage stellen wir uns bei einem mit Kreuz verordneten Arzneimittel, das AV und nicht mehr lieferbar ist.
