Hintergrund sind die neuen Abgaberegelungen im Rahmenvertrag über die Arzneimittelversorgung nach § 129 Abs. 2 SGB V, die schon zum 1. Juli 2019 in Kraft getreten sind. Nun ist auch für die gesetzlichen Unfallversicherungsträger, wie z. B. die Berufsgenossenschaften (BG), festgeschrieben, wie hinsichtlich der Abgabe preisgünstiger Arzneimittel und wirtschaftlicher Einzelmengen vorzugehen ist.
