Neu ist außerdem, dass preisgünstige Importe nur in das Einsparziel eingehen, wenn es sich um den „importrelevanten Markt“ handelt. Nicht preisgünstige Importe gehen nicht in das Einsparziel ein. </p> </font> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Relevant ist nur der importrelevante Markt </h3> <font style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:20px;color:#555555;" size="1" face="Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;" color="#555555"> <p> Der importrelevante Markt setzt sich aus solitärem Markt und Mehrfachvertrieb zusammen. Im solitären Markt ist nur die Auswahl zwischen Original und Importen bzw. Importen untereinander möglich. B. bei Patentschutz),</font></li> <li><font style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:20px;color:#555555;" size="1" face="Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;" color="#555555">es sich um ein Arzneimittel der Substitutionsausschlussliste handelt.</font></li> </ul> <font style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:20px;color:#555555;" size="1" face="Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;" color="#555555"> <p> Bei patentgeschützten Arzneimitteln, die sich im Mehrfachvertrieb befinden (= Parallelarzneimittel), kann die Apotheke zwischen den Parallelarzneimitteln und den jeweils zugehörigen Importen wählen. </p> <p> Die Apotheke entscheidet selbst, mit welchen Verordnungen sie das Einsparziel erfüllt – nur der vom Arzt gesetzte Preisanker ist zu beachten. Für die Berechnung des Einsparziels nicht berücksichtigt werden abgegebene Rabattarzneimittel, Arzneimittel, zu denen es keine preisgünstigen Importe gibt, Biologika und parenteral anzuwendende Zytostatika sowie andere Sonderfälle (Nichtverfügbarkeit, Pharm.
