Wird der Pen nicht aktiviert, kommt es nicht zur Epinephrin-Injektion. Der Fehler lässt sich keiner bestimmten Charge zuordnen und steht nicht in Zusammenhang mit einer zuvor bestehenden Spritzenblockade (Rote-Hand-Brief vom 25.06.2018).</p> <p>Wichtig ist, dass Patienten nach der Anwendung prüfen, ob die Injektion erfolgreich war, und falls dies nicht der Fall ist, zwei weitere Versuche unternehmen.
