November 2025 alle Ersatzkassen bundesweit die Mehrkosten, sofern eine Versorgung mit einem Arzneimittel, dessen Apothekenverkaufspreis oberhalb des Festbetrags liegt, möglich ist. Dies ist eine von § 11 Abs. 3 Rahmenvertrag abweichende Regelung, denn nach diesem Paragrafen werden Mehrkosten nur bei nicht lieferfähigen Rabattartikeln übernommen. Die bundesweite Regelung der Ersatzkassen gilt für die Dauer des Engpasses.
