Juni 2025 die Ein­leitung eines Stellung­nahme­verfahrens zur Änderung der Arznei­mittel-Richt­linie (AM-RL) ein­ge­leitet. So­bald der geplante neue § 40c der AM-RL in Kraft ist, müssen bio­techno­logisch her­ge­stellte Arznei­mittel, so­ge­nannte Bio­logika, analog zu den Generika in Apotheken aus­ge­tauscht werden.
