Die Apotheke muss mit der Abgabe preisgünstiger Importarzneimittel ein Einsparziel von 2 % pro Quartal und Krankenkasse erreichen. Erreicht die Apotheke das Einsparziel nicht, wird ihr ein Malus von der Rechnung abgezogen. Übertrifft sie es hingegen, wird ihr ein Bonus gutgeschrieben, der mit eventuell folgenden Kürzungen verrechnet wird.
