(DAV) hat nun in Zusammen­arbeit mit dem GKV-Spitzen­verband (GKV-SV) neue Abrechnungs­grundlagen und damit einher­gehend neue Doku­mentations­regeln für das E-Rezept vereinbart. Für die Dringlich­keits­liste wird ein Schlüssel 14 zur Kenn­zeichnung der Rezept­änderung generiert, der die bisherige Doku­mentation über Schlüssel 12 ersetzen wird. Eine zusätzliche Doku­mentation ist bei Ver­wendung dieses Schlüssels nicht vorge­sehen, jedoch ist eine Signatur mittels HBA (Heil­berufs­ausweis) not­wendig. Eine zusätzliche Doku­mentation ist bei Ver­wendung dieses Schlüssels nicht vorge­sehen, jedoch ist eine Signatur mittels HBA (Heil­berufs­ausweis) not­wendig.
