Seit dem 1. August 2016 ist diese Regel jedoch nicht mehr allgemeingültig, da erstmals bestimmte Arzneimittelgruppen von der Substitution ausgeschlossen wurden (Betäubungsmittel mit unterschiedlicher Applikationshäufigkeit).
