Post-COVID, die als Kassenleistung abgerechnet werden können. Viele Betroffene greifen daher auf sogenannte Individuelle Gesundheitsleistungen (IGeL) zurück. U. a. werden teure Behandlungen, wie die H.E.L.P.-Apherese oder die hyperbare Sauerstofftherapie, als mögliche therapeutische Interventionen eingesetzt, um die starken Symptome der Patienten – wie Fatigue, Kurzatmigkeit oder kognitive Beschwerden – zu lindern. Der IGeL-Monitor 2023 konnte anhand einer Literaturrecherche keinen Nutzen der beiden Therapien ausfindig machen, sodass der Nutzen derzeit als „unklar“ eingestuft wird. </p> <p>Allerdings ist es wichtig, diese Therapieansätze im Rahmen von klinischen Studien zu untersuchen, um ihren möglichen Nutzen bzw. Schaden zu bewerten. Dadurch könnte die Therapie von Long-COVID- bzw. Post-COVID, die als Kassenleistung abgerechnet werden können. Viele Betroffene greifen daher auf sogenannte Individuelle Gesundheitsleistungen (IGeL) zurück. U. a. werden teure Behandlungen, wie die H.E.L.P.-Apherese oder die hyperbare Sauerstofftherapie, als mögliche therapeutische Interventionen eingesetzt, um die starken Symptome der Patienten – wie Fatigue, Kurzatmigkeit oder kognitive Beschwerden – zu lindern. Der IGeL-Monitor 2023 konnte anhand einer Literaturrecherche keinen Nutzen der beiden Therapien ausfindig machen, sodass der Nutzen derzeit als „unklar“ eingestuft wird. </p> <p>Allerdings ist es wichtig, diese Therapieansätze im Rahmen von klinischen Studien zu untersuchen, um ihren möglichen Nutzen bzw. Schaden zu bewerten. Dadurch könnte die Therapie von Long-COVID- bzw.
