Betroffen sind vor allem Wirkstoffe mit enger therapeutischer Breite, bei denen schon eine geringfügige Änderung der Dosis oder Konzentration des Wirkstoffes zu klinisch relevanten Wirkungsveränderungen führt. <br><br>Diese Arzneimittel sind also von der Aut-idem-Austauschpflicht, z. B. durch Rabattverträge, ausgenommen.
