Bei einer reinen Wirkstoffverordnung, zum Beispiel „Filgrastim 30 Mio. I.E. 5 St.“, besteht deshalb das Risiko einer Retaxation, wenn neben dem Referenzarzneimittel auch Bioidenticals und/oder Biosimilars im Handel sind. </p> <p> Nur ausgehend von einem eindeutig verordneten Produkt wird der korrekte Austausch auf ein Rabattarzneimittel durch die Apothekensoftware angezeigt.
