Seit dem 18.12.2019 sind biotechnologisch hergestellte Arzneimittel und Zytostatika zur parenteralen Anwendung von der Importförderklausel nach §&nbsp;129 SGB&nbsp;V ausge&shy;nommen. Die Abgabe von preisgünstigen Importen zählt bei diesen Arzneimitteln für Apotheken nicht mehr als Import-Einsparziel.
