Auf T-Rezepten werden Arzneimittel mit den teratogenen Wirkstoffen Lenalidomid, Pomalidomid und Thalidomid verordnet. Geändert hat sich die Rückseite von Teil II: Hier ist nun ein Feld für den Apothekenstempel.
