Dabei sind Darreichungsformen mit unterschiedlicher Applikationshäufigkeit (z. B. retardierte Präparate mit 12 oder 24 Stunden Wirkdauer) nicht austauschbar. Laut DPhG (Deutsche Pharmazeutische Gesellschaft) sollte für Opioid-Analgetika auch bei gleicher Wirkdauer kein Präparatewechsel vorgenommen werden. Aufgrund zahlreicher Rabattverträge (u. a.
