Da es weder preisgünstige Importe (mit „i“ gekennzeichnete Importe) mit Relevanz für das Einsparziel noch Rabattverträge gab, belieferte die Apotheke mit dem namentlich verordneten Impfstoff. Einige Monate später kam das Schreiben mit der Retaxierung.
