Bei Betroffenen kommt es je nach Schweregrad des Verlustes an Gerinnungsfaktor zu erhöhten Blutungsneigungen nach Verletzungen bis hin zu schweren Spontanblutungen, welche schon nach kleinen Verletzungen oder Operationen entstehen können.
