Folglich ist in den meisten Fällen die Abgabe von Betaferon<sup>®</sup> auch dann gesichert, wenn der Arzt kein Aut-idem-Kreuz bei der Verordnung von Betaferon<sup>®</sup> gesetzt hat und dieses für die Therapie wünscht, denn Rabattarzneimittel sind nach § 4 (2) vorrangig abzugeben: </p> <p> <i>„(2) Die Apotheke hat vorrangig ein wirkstoffgleiches Fertigarzneimittel abzugeben, für das ein Rabattvertrag nach § 130a Absatz 8 SGB V („rabattbegünstigstes Arzneimittel“) besteht […].“</i> </p> <p> In den Fällen, in denen Betaferon<sup>®</sup> kein Rabattarzneimittel ist, kann die Fortsetzung der bisherigen Therapie eines MS-Patienten gewährleistet werden, indem Pharmazeutische Bedenken geltend gemacht werden.
